Improvements? Next time, I won't drink 2 large cups of coffee prior to the race. I could have done better, but I had to slow up to refrain from hurling.. I didn't want my first 5k memory to be me puking as I ran. Live and learn! :)
Oh yeah, the picture - YES i have been pumping iron, thanks for noticing. lol. Tanning is next on my agenda.. :)
Yeah, no kidding. Last time I went to Fazoli's.. it was like sodium city.. I drank a gallon of water after leaving. They also gave out free taco's from Taco Bell.
ReplyDeleteI think because this was such a small event, they probably scrounged to get what they could to give out.. we did walk away with a bunch of t-shirts. :)
