This is a bit late, but I figured everyone would want to see this picture. My friend Nick is an amazing cook and for the past couple of years, we've hosted "Cow Tongue Taco Night" at Dayton Road Brewing. The night was a success and the taco's were amazing. The picture above is the tongue before it was cooked. Makes my mouth water just looking at it!!

ReplyDeleteOK, this is an odd request, but I've been looking for The UnNamed for a long time with a buddy that had a tape of them back in '92. I no longer have the tape and am looking for someone that has a copy. If you know where I can find more of these guys online, elsewhere, please let me know.
